Using a high-quality, portable, reclining chair widely used by reflexologists, I can ensure you will have a relaxing, holistic treatment in the comfort of your own home with the same, calming, relaxing atmosphere as in a salon.

I offer treatments Tuesdays, Thursdays and alternate Sundays- These will be morning / afternoon / early evening at the set times available. If you are interested in an appointment outside of these hours or an evening appointment please contact me directly, I will always try to accommodate you.

Consultation + 1st Treatment

At your first visit, we’ll spend 15 minutes discussing your health and lifestyle before starting your treatment.

The frequency of follow-up sessions will be guided by how your reflexes respond on the day and your personal wellbeing aims. (Details about my Reflexology Programme can be found below.)

Follow-up Reflexology

(60mins)

At the start of each session, we’ll review how you felt after your previous treatment, note any new symptoms or changes in medication, and update your treatment plan as needed.

Over time, I’ll become familiar with the unique responses in your feet, allowing me to adapt and tailor each treatment to best support your wellbeing.
