Treatment list

Using a high-quality, portable, reclining chair widely used by reflexologists, I can ensure you will have a relaxing, holistic treatment in the comfort of your own home with the same, calming, relaxing atmosphere as in a salon.

I offer treatments Tuesdays, Thursdays and alternate Sundays- These will be morning / afternoon / early evening at the set times available. If you are interested in an appointment outside of these hours or an evening appointment please contact me directly, I will always try to accommodate you.

If you are outside of the area I cover and would like a mobile treatment, please feel free to contact me to discuss.

Consultation + 1st Treatment

(60-75mins)

At your first visit, we’ll spend 15 minutes discussing your health and lifestyle before starting your treatment.

The frequency of follow-up sessions will be guided by how your reflexes respond on the day and your personal wellbeing aims. (Details about my Reflexology Programme can be found below.)

Follow-up Reflexology

(60mins)

At the start of each session, we’ll review how you felt after your previous treatment, note any new symptoms or changes in medication, and update your treatment plan as needed.

Over time, I’ll become familiar with the unique responses in your feet, allowing me to adapt and tailor each treatment to best support your wellbeing.

Reflexology Programme

A monthly one-hour treatment is a great way to maintain wellbeing and support ongoing health.

Weekly sessions can help create the momentum needed to support lasting change and restore balance.

For the best results, reflexology is most effective as a course of treatments. Each session builds on the last, meaning the benefits grow stronger and longer-lasting over time.
